Michael's professional career within the retail industry has taken place over the last twenty five years. During this time, he has remained very active in the retail industry, initially working for a major department store retailer, in technology consulting and with a major technology solution provider.

During this time, Michael spent 16 years with Retail Store Systems and 3 years as the Divisional CEO with Torex Retail responsible for the Americas division. Michael left Torex in September 2007 to start Tech Global Partners, Inc. which is focused on business and technology consulting for the Retail Industry.

Michael has been involved with the retail technology business from the start of his career. Initially deploying and supporting solutions as a retailer at Carson Pirie Scott which was a Chicago based department store retailer. He provided technology solutions to many of the major retailers in the US when he was part of Retail Store Systems. As the CEO for Torex Retail Americas, he was responsible for the software solutions offered for the general retail, supermarket and restaurant segments as well as the merchandise planning and allocation enterprise solution. Michael has been responsible for the review, acquisition and integration of multiple technology businesses into the Torex Retail Americas operation.

Robert's professional career within the retail industry has taken place over the last thirty years. During this time, he has held a number of positions within the retail industry, initially working for a major home improvement retailer, discount retailer and with a major technology solution provider.

During this time, Robert spent 12 years with Retail Store Systems and most recently during the past 3 years as the Vice President of Client Services with Torex Americas. Robert left Torex in October 2007 and joined Tech Global Partners, Inc.

After spending several years as a store manager, Robert became involved with the retail technology business at Builders Emporium, a home improvement retailer in Irvine, California. After deploying and supporting a number of retail solutions, he joined MacFrugals (now Big Lots), a nation wide discount retailer implementing and supporting store solutions. Robert joined Retail Store Systems, a technology solutions provider to many of the major retailers in the US and UK. As Vice President of Client Services, he was responsible for all the execution of all customer facing services for general retail, supermarket and quick serve restaurant segments. Robert has been responsible for the integration and consolidation of software support and services teams acquired through a number of acquisitions and most recently served as an advisor to Torex UK business transformation team, advising on Best Practices utilized in the US market place.

Peter has over 25 years of experience in retail, technology, and management consulting. He focuses on business solution design and implementation, concentrating on operational improvement. Peter is active in the industry, authoring articles and presenting to retail trade organizations.

He has expertise in several business functional areas including finance, merchandise, distribution, electronic commerce and store systems. He served as CIO at a national craft retailer and as a financial director at an international corporate communications firm.

Peter was a founding partner of Consumer Consulting, a firm dedicated to delivering value to the retail and consumer products industries. As a senior management consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation, KPMG and Senn-Delaney, he combined a unique mix of technology, operations and brand management skills to provide distinctive insights and creative business solutions.
