Tracy also actively works with clients on high-level strategic, operational, and implementation engagements. Tracy specializes in global project management, quality control and large scale software implementation. Tracy is a regular contributor to the technology community and is a speaker at various industry events. Tracy works with software and hardware vendors throughout the industry. She continues to specialize in building successful relationships and consulting with many third party vendors, including but not limited to, Microsoft, IBM, NCR, Fujitsu, Micros, Symbol Technologies, bea, Sun Microsystems, Scan Source, VeriSign, Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard, Panasonic and Dell.

Tracy brings IT Management, Retail and Foodservice experience to Accuvia Consulting. Her background includes grocery, quick service, restaurant, hotel, arena entertainment, special event, convenience, institutional and specialty retail, as well as a corporate consulting in many areas. Such as, Point-of-Sale, Back Office Systems, Infrastructure; structured cabling, storage, wireless networking, RFID, telecommunications, security, PCI DSS, technology planning, project management, and business process re-engineering, in Life Cycle Services; strategic sourcing, product procurement, integration and distribution logistics, implementation services, technical support services, asset management, in Enterprise Consulting; application development, business process optimization, Package Selection, Quality Assurance, ERP systems, CRM, e-Commerce, business intelligence analytics/reporting services, data warehousing and Offshore / Inshore outsourcing. Tracy’s expertise also extends to Computer Assisted Ordering, Data Management, electronic data interchange, electronic marketing, merchant credit card services and Packaged Product Evaluation and selection focusing in the Retail, Foodservice and Hospitality Segment.

Professional Background

Tracy has worked 20 years in the retail and foodservice industries starting in in-store and host operations and then developing a consulting career in technology services for the many industries. Prior to joining Accuvia, Tracy has worked with retail companies and distributors, such as, Intercontinental Hotels, Subway, Yum! Brands, Hilton Hotels, Compass Group, N.A., HMSHost, Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, McDonald’s Corporation (Boston Market), Gund Arena, Ohio State University, Ruddick Corporation, American Stores, Royal Ahold, Albertson’s, Delhaize Group, Star Markets, Spartan Foods, Safeway, Lowes, Family Dollar, Wal-Mart, Eckerd, Target Corporation, Home Depot, Belk, Nestle, Whaley Foods and more. Tracy serves on several technology boards such as the United Way IT Committee and is the Co-Chair for Associate Productivity for the UWCC. In addition, Tracy serves as the Education and Special Events Chair for Microsoft Project Association and is responsible for Project Management Institute Alliance projects.
