Such as, Point-of-Sale, Back Office Systems, Infrastructure; structured cabling, storage, wireless networking, RFID, telecommunications, security, PCI DSS, technology planning, project management, and business process re-engineering, in Life Cycle Services; strategic sourcing, product procurement, integration and distribution logistics, implementation services, technical support services, asset management, in Enterprise Consulting; application development, business process optimization, Package Selection, Quality Assurance, ERP systems, CRM, e-Commerce, business intelligence analytics/reporting services, data warehousing and Offshore / Inshore outsourcing. Tracy has worked 20 years in the retail and foodservice industries starting in in-store and host operations and then developing a consulting career in technology services for the many industries. Tracy serves on several technology boards such as the United Way IT Committee and is the Co-Chair for Associate Productivity for the UWCC.
